Is cereal a soup?

Not if you ask me

But yet, it’s been a debate forever

One such as I see it as a great debate

Soup with the steaming broth

Cereal with the cool milk

The difference is so clear

Cereal with the sweet taste

And the soup with the strong flavor

Now you might be thinking 

They really aren’t that different

But cereal is NOT a soup

It’s not, it’s just not

For one thing they have entirely different ingredients 

Soup is broth and vegetables

Whereas cereal is just plain sugar

People will tell you that this isn’t true

But soup is best warm

While cereal is best cold

 I stand by my case 

Cereal is not a soup

It’s just not!
